 Wayne, We're already into the 9th week of this 12 week series on STRESS. How 
  about if I recap on what we covered so far so folks can refresh their memories 
  a bit or for those who are just tuning in for the first time?
 
 We first spoke about if Stress is REAL or not and it is indeed REAL.
 
 And then the following week we spoke about the 3 Foods to Avoid at all Cost 
  to allow our bodies to deal with stress easier. (WHITE; FIZZES; GREASY)
 
 Then the following week we spoke about the 3 Commandments of Eating so you 
  can virtually eliminate indigestion ridding our bodies of that stressful nagging 
  bloated ness (NO Proteins & Starches + NO Fruits & Vegetables + Melons
