I've noticed those who have big muscles and poor Abs don't look nearly as good as those who have less muscularity but great Abs. With that in mind can you also expound on what the major benefits of good abs mean to our staying well for life?

What is a person to do if they sit most of the day at their job to get some sort of fitness in if there is such a thing as sitting exercises.
